FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS 

How do I purchase a item online?

Select the item,style and flavour.

Add it to your cart.

Go to checkout and enter your details.

Make payment.

You will receive a confirmation mail with your order. We will also send you a Waybill number so you can track your order.

How long will it take before I receive my order?

You can expect delivery within 5 working days from the day your order has been picked. Please give us a day or two to pack your order.

Do you offer custom packed orders?

Yes, of course we do. Please feel free to contact us for any custom packed orders.

What are the shipping costs?

We deliver for free for any purchase above R1500. Any purchase below will be charged R120. We use Specialised fright services to get your parcel delivered to your door. They are very reliable and speedy with deliveries.

What are my payment options for this item?

You can either EFT or use Payfast to make your payment.

Order Cancellation

All orders can be canceled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us on info@driebosandco.com within 15 minutes. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be canceled.

 Return Shipping

Customers will be responsible for paying return shipping costs (R120) as per our shipping policy .

 Refunds Or Exchanges (Non-returnable items)

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food). We will only be able to provide actionable support if the following was followed:

  • Email info@driebosandco.com within 30-minutes of receiving your order.
  • Attach to the email images of the package being received, as well as the product and the issues made visible.
  • The item must be uneaten and the same weight as when received. (Photo's are taken before being dispatched)
  • The package must be able to be sent back in its original packaging.
  • At least One Of The following Issues must have occurred: The product was uneatable (raw or too dry) as per Driebos and co discretion; the product weighed less than 10% of the agreed purchasable weight; The product shows visible signs of outdated and/or over-due food such as mold.
  •  

    If your exchange or refund is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, details for courier collection, as well as instructions on how to pay for the return shipping (R120) as per our ; and balance of the new product (If Applicable). Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

    We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund or exchange was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
